Where we ship
Physical shipping is intended for addresses in the United States and Canada. An order can be shipped only when a shipping option is available for its address at checkout. If checkout does not offer one, please contact us before ordering. Digital products have no shipping charge and are delivered as described on their offer pages.
Costs & timing
The available method, shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown before you place an eligible physical order. Processing and delivery information shown on a product listing or in your order confirmation applies to that order. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact you if a fulfillment delay affects your order and provide the options required by applicable law.
Canadian orders
A Canadian shipment may incur import duties, taxes or customs charges outside what is collected at checkout. Any such charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Something not right?
