Our general approach
Unless an offer expressly says otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy, purchases of digital products, downloads, memberships, programs, sessions, events and physical goods are final. Changing your mind or not using a purchase generally does not create a refund right.
Memberships & subscriptions
You can request cancellation of future renewals through any available account controls or by emailing hello@fearlessleadhers.com. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already processed charge. We will confirm the effective date and any remaining access when we process your request. The specific offer and checkout will show its price and billing interval.
Programs & services
Review any offer-specific schedule, attendance and cancellation conditions on its sales page before purchasing. If we cannot provide what you bought, we will contact you about an appropriate remedy.
Physical pieces
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us promptly with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back. Other physical returns are not accepted unless the specific product listing says otherwise.
